Terms and Conditions
All appointments include the application of lashes. These lashes are complimentary & the price of the service will remain the same if you choose not to have lashes applied.
Please be aware that a £30 call out fee will be charged if there are less than 3 people for makeup on the day.
An early fee of £20 per hour will be applied before 8am. This fee may be waivered at my digression.
Deposits & Payments - an immediate advance payment of £15 per person is required in order to secure the booking of your wedding date and is fully redeemable against the final balance.
An additional deposit of £15 per person will be required for booking trails. Booking fees are non-refundable upon cancellation. Payment for the trail is required on the day of the trail. Full payment for the wedding day can be made following the trail or on the day of the wedding. Trails are advised as during the trail I will gain an understanding of your specific makeup needs and will consider your skin, hair and eye colouring, as well as what colour schemes you wish to incorporate. At the same time taking into account your makeup preferences and making recommendations in order to create a bespoke look that will suit you.

Booking Policy
A booking fee of £15 is required to secure the appointment. No appointment is confirmed without one. Booking fees are non refundable. By paying the booking fee you are agreeing to my booking & cancellation policy.
YOU MUST ADVISE OF ANY ALLERGIES. I USE LASH GLUE WHICH CONTAINS LATEX. I WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY COMPLICATIONS OR ADVERSE REACTIONS.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment please let me know as far in advance as possible. I will allow you to reschedule your appointment to another date but only if more than 48 hours notice is given. You are only allowed to reschedule an appointment once using the original booking fee.
If under 48 hours notice is given you will be charged 50% of the appointment price. No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price.The booking fee is lost if you cancel the appointment.
REMAINDER OF THE BALANCE TO BE PAID ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT IN CASH OR VIATRANSFER BUT THE TRANSFER MUST BE SENTBEFORE YOU ATTEND THE STUDIO.
